     Christopher R. Monday is an Associate in the firm and a registered patent attorney. In 1997, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology in Montgomery, WV. In 2004, he received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
     
     Mr. Monday focuses his practice in the areas of semiconductor manufacturing, chemical processes, polymers and plastics, electronic chemicals, display technologies and optical systems and materials.
     
     Mr. Monday is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Monday is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. As mentioned above, Mr. Monday is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
     
     Prior to attending law school, Mr. Monday worked in various technical enterprises, including Scott/Bacharach Instruments, Lynn Associates as a representative of Dynamic and Proto Circuits, and McJunkin Process Automation and Controls.
     
     Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Monday worked as an Associate for a small West Virginia law firm and as a Contract Attorney and Paralegal in Washington, DC and Pittsburgh, PA.
     
     Mr. Monday is an active member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Bar Association.
